The Weekly: 66 June DMV Events
A sizable preview of the June 2024 DMV Event Guide. Talia Talk Tuesday is back tomorrow! PLUS: I was on TV...twice, and discount codes for "The Gathering" and The Rosé Party.
Happy Monday!
Hope you had a great week. I did.
If you’re still under a rock, I sued the U.S. Government on Tuesday. Eight TikTok creators, which includes yours truly, filed a petition challenging the U.S. TikTon Ban with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. You can read more about the lawsuit in The Washington Post. I was also on Fox 5 DC and CBS News this past weekend. And, of course, I made a list why I’m suing.
Talked about celibacy in the news this week too. I’m featured in a HuffPost article about the Bumble controversy and why women are celibate by choice.
Thank you for all the kind words regarding this. I know many of you want to show more support. Unfortunately, this isn’t a class action suit you can join, and there won’t be a petition. For now, just keep sharing and reposting related social posts and news stories from me and my co-plaintiffs. That helps so much!
Friday was perfect! Busboys & Poets hosted an author talk with me and NYT Bestseller Kennedy Ryan. Kennedy contacted me back in March about the author talk. It was a no brainer. She’s one of my favorite writers and her latest hit This Could Be Us is one of my favorite romance novels. Thank you to Kennedy, Forever Publishing, Busboys & Poets, and my friends and followers for such a great event.
To see everything I did this weekend, watch my weekend vlog on TikTok.

Talia Talk Tuesday is BACK!
It’s been three weeks since the last Talia Talk Tuesday. So much catching up to do! So many news, trending and hot topics to discuss! See you on TikTok Live on May 21 at 8 pm ET.
NOTE: The set up for tomorrow’s Talia Talk Tuesday will be a little different. A news crew will be capturing some b-roll footage for a news story they’re doing on me. Eeeek!
